MARFRAN has established since 2024, in accordance with the core principles of Lean manufacturing, weekly Plant meetings directly at the production area with dedicated visual workstation, involving all the functions that govern and actively contribute to the management of the operations.
This is a concrete example of Shopfloor Management, synthesis and evident application of the 3 “G” of the Toyota Production System that makes the exchange of information between people more effective and bidirectional , allowing to make decisions more quickly and by offering a timely response to the continuous improvement of our company.
